Job summary

Procare Group in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Recoveries Specialist to join our collaborative, professional team. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end recoveries for a diverse claims portfolio, with a strong emphasis on timely fund recovery and stakeholder communication.

We seek 1–2 years in a similar role, with background in commercial property and liability claims; motor vehicle claims are desirable. The role requires excellent negotiation, organisational, and customer service skills to

About You

We are looking for a talented communicator and proactive team player who has:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Background in commercial property and liability claims management (preferred).
• Experience in motor vehicle claims (desirable but not essential).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of legal and court processes (advantageous).
• Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
