Job summary

Macquarie Health Corporation seeks an experienced property professional to join its Property Division, overseeing a national portfolio of retail, commercial and residential sites for a Private Landlord/Developer. You will work with corporate and senior stakeholders to shape portfolio strategy and commercial decisions.

This on-site role requires strong leasing and negotiations, budget management, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to optimise occupancy, tenant retention and portfolio

Qualifications

• Solid property experience with leasing and negotiations in commercial and residential settings.
• Leasing management background and ability to handle multiple sites nationally.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a national portfolio of retail, commercial and residential sites and agreements.
• Negotiate new terms, renewals, variations and exits.
• Stay across lease obligations, critical dates and compliance.
• Review leases, licences and commercial terms.
• Maintain records, documentation and reporting through Property Me Pro.
• Oversee day-to-day property management operations.
• Coordinate leasing activities, renewals, rent reviews, arrears and repairs.
• Collaborate with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance.
• Prepare property budgets, reporting and outgoings reconciliations.
• Support asset strategies to improve occupancy and tenant retention.
• Process creditor invoices and assist with owner payments.
• Assist in Corporate Administration.
