Job summary

John Hill & Co is seeking a Commercial Property Manager / Lease Negotiator to step up into a senior management role within a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail properties in NSW. You will lead lease renewals, conduct rent reviews, and coordinate with owners, lawyers, and tenants to finalise documentation.

Strong communication, time management, and a proactive attitude are essential, with prior experience in residential or commercial property management preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management is preferred.
• Valid NSW Driver Licence, Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate Agent Licence required.
• A 'can do' problem solving attitude, diligence with deadlines, good verbal and written communication and strong time management skills.
