Job summary

Handler Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a retail and mixed-use portfolio across Northwestern wider Sydney, ~roving across assets while based at the Sydney head office.

You will manage tenancy data, budgets, reporting and client communications, with site time agreed with asset and client needs. A strong focus on service excellence and proactive risk management will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced property manager with retail/mixed-use assets.
• Strong lease administration and budgeting knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with MRI, Yardi or Cirrus8 property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property management across a retail/mixed-use portfolio in Northwestern wider Sydney.
• Maintain tenancy schedules, lease data, critical dates and reporting metrics.
• Support rent collection, arrears follow-up and related processes.
• Prepare client reports, budget packs and portfolio updates.
• Coordinate facilities management, contractors and site inspections as required.
