Job summary

Healius Limited, a leading Australian healthcare group, seeks a National Property Manager to lead the national property strategy and portfolio across collection centres and laboratories. This senior role provides trusted property guidance across strategy, facilities and major capital projects.

• Extensive senior property leadership experience across large, dispersed portfolios.
• Experience in property strategy, portfolio optimisation and workplace planning.
• Proven ability negotiating complex leases and delivering major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the national property strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Lead portfolio planning to improve utilisation and control occupancy costs.
• Oversee lifecycle of centres from fitout to ongoing operations and repairs.
• Lead complex lease negotiations, renewals and property transactions.
• Oversee capital, infrastructure and refurbishment projects.
• Manage property operating and capital budgets and governance.
• Maintain governance, risk, WHS and compliance practices.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders, landlords and service providers.
• Support workplace planning to meet workforce needs.
• Drive continuous portfolio improvements.
