Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a national healthcare asset portfolio, including hospitals, clinics and community facilities, with a focus on lifecycle planning, commercial performance, compliance and capital improvement.

You will collaborate with facilities management, finance and clinical teams to ensure service continuity and compliance, support lease negotiations and capital works, and prepare executive reporting on long-term asset strategy.

• Strong knowledge of building lifecycle management, compliance and facilities operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the operational performance and commercial strategy of a national healthcare asset portfolio

Developing and maintaining lifecycle asset management plans, including maintenance, capital works, and sustainability initiatives

Conducting asset condition assessments and performance reviews

Partnering with facilities management, finance, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of service and compliance

Supporting lease negotiations, capital works delivery, and procurement decisions
