Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) in Brisbane is seeking an accomplished strategic leader to oversee the national Caring@home project, delivering frontline care improvements and ensuring timely, evidence-based end-of-life care at home.

You will provide strategic direction, lead a multidisciplinary team, manage a multi-million-dollar budget and drive workstreams across advocacy, education, communications, resources and research, while building strong partnerships with governments and stakeholders.

Formación

• You are an accomplished strategic leader with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and the ability to bring people together to deliver complex national initiatives.
• Demonstrated senior leadership and experience managing complex projects or programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial governance, strategic planning and risk management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for a major national project funded through to June 2030.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee a multi-million-dollar project budget.
• Drive national workstreams across advocacy, education, communications, resources and research.
• Build strong partnerships with Commonwealth, State and Territory governments and key stakeholders.
