Job summary

Visy is seeking a National Pallet Controller to own pallet control outcomes across our Corrugated Packaging division. This hands-on national role focuses on protecting pallet investment, improving operational discipline, and embedding consistent pallet governance across 50+ sites.

You will lead with curiosity, investigate variances, and turn data into practical improvements that deliver measurable results. Influence and credibility are key to driving change across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in pallet control, logistics, warehousing or 3PL environments.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Knowledge of pooled pallet systems such as CHEP, Loscam or similar.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Power BI desirable.
• Curiosity to investigate causes and test improvements.
• Ability to turn analysis into practical process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own pallet control outcomes across the network for 50+ pallet accounts and stabilise current pallet position.
• Identify root causes of pallet losses, variances and imbalances; drive corrective actions.
• Embed consistent pallet control standards, procedures and training across sites.
• Engage with sites, partners and providers to lift compliance and discipline.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting and analysis and measure impact.
