Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Pallet Controller in Sydney's Arndell Park area to join our warehousing team. The role involves data entry, pallet lifecycle management with Chep and Loscam, and daily coordination to ensure accurate pallet handling.

The position is casual with potential for temp-to-perm for strong performers. You will be part of a safety-conscious environment with onsite parking and standard casual pay rates.

Qualifications

• Experience with pallet control and warehouse coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience with pallet systems and verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of pallet transfers.
• Coordinating equipment control of Chep and Loscam pallets.
• Managing nil recovery of pallets.
• Resolving pallet rejections and discrepancies.
• Ensuring pallet systems are up to date weekly.
• Monitor pallet accuracy of outbound consignments.
• Pallet reconciliations.
• Provide education and support to warehouse team on pallet processes and procedures.
• Liaising with internal/external customers and contractors to ensure an efficient and effective service.
• Performing weekly administrative tasks, scanning, and filing of pallet paperwork.
