Job summary

Primary Connect is seeking a hands-on People Leader to manage the VIC Pallet Control Officers and optimise ULD stocktakes and equipment movements across our Melbourne network. You will drive compliance, analyse data to reduce hire charges and pallet loss, and partner with Transport, DC Operations, pooling suppliers and carriers to embed fixes for recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Proven ability to manage pallet control operations and ULD movements.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of three VIC Pallet Control Officers.
• Drive full account compliance across ULDs and reconcile with DCs, vendors and carriers.
• Own ULD stocktakes from coordination to variance resolution.
