Primary Connect, part of Woolworths Group, is seeking a hybrid Melbourne-based leader for VIC Pallet Control Officers. You will coach six officers, drive compliance of pallets and ULDs, and oversee reconciliations with DCs, vendors and carriers.

You’ll analyse equipment data to cut hire costs, partner with Transport and operations to resolve issues, and foster development and safety across a large logistics network.

Competenze

• Experience building a team's technical capability.
• Proven experience in a pallet control role with CHEP/Loscam hire fundamentals.
• Strong working knowledge of 2IC pallet control software and cost exposure.
• Coaching-led leadership style focused on skills development and accountability.
• Experience designing and delivering training with clear KPIs and performance conversations.
• Analytical mindset able to explain equipment data to stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six VIC Pallet Control Officers.
• Drive full account compliance across all ULDs and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly with DCs, vendors and carriers.
• Analyse equipment data to identify trends and minimise hire costs and pallet loss.
• Collaborate with Transport, DC Operations, pooling suppliers and carriers to resolve complex exceptions and embed fixes.
