SEEK is seeking an Operations Manager or Co-Ordinator to oversee and manage the business's operations across all locations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while supporting internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and goals. The role encompasses leading and developing the operations function, driving strategic improvements and ensuring compliance with an administrative focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment across resourcing, candidate management, process and compliance.
• Strong customer service and engagement skills with clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Solutions-driven mindset with a can-do attitude and good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail and outcomes focus.

• Records and database compliance and management.
