Anna Thomas Pty is seeking a National Retail Manager to lead 10 premium fashion stores across Victoria, NSW, WA and the ACT. You will build high-performing teams, recruit store managers and drive sustainable sales growth through superb customer service.

You will champion a customer-first culture, monitor KPI performance, and report to senior management. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership and a proven track record in multi-site retail.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site premium fashion retail networks.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial understanding with financial accountability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales outcomes across 10 stores and develop strategies to exceed sales budgets.
• Drive sales growth via exceptional customer engagement and service, monitoring KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve store profitability and productivity; hold Store Managers accountable.
• Lead recruitment and selection of retail talent across locations and staff stores appropriately.
• Develop, coach and mentor Store Managers and their teams; build leadership pipeline.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and performance with improvement plans where needed.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards; build a customer-first culture.
• Coach teams to deliver personalized, engaging and professional customer experiences; monitor feedback.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews; ensure high standards of presentation and merchandising.
• Develop seasonal business plans with managers, set sales targets, and report to senior management.
