New Balance is seeking an experienced National Retail Manager to lead our full‑price store network across Australia. This hands‑on, fast‑paced role involves coaching Area and Store Managers, optimizing performance, and ensuring premium brand standards nationwide.

You will travel interstate regularly to mentor teams, implement strategies, and drive commercial outcomes while maintaining exceptional customer experiences across all locations.

Formación

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail
• Strong coaching and team development capabilities
• Solid understanding of retail metrics, stock management, and VM execution
• Excellent organisational skills and detail orientation in a fast‑paced setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and store systems

Responsabilidades

• Lead national performance across all full‑price stores, driving sales, profit and KPIs
• Coach and develop Area Managers and Store Managers to build high‑performing teams
• Oversee national retail operations, compliance, rostering efficiency and store execution
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer experience and brand presentation
• Manage national VM, GTM execution and store standards
• Oversee assortment planning, stock flow, replenishment and inventory accuracy
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion and customer feedback to identify opportunities
• Deliver national marketing campaigns, promotions and loyalty program initiatives
• Conduct store audits and drive improvement plans across the network
• Partner with key stakeholders across Retail, VM, Marketing, Planning and HR

Reporting to the Head of Retail for Australia & New Zealand, you will drive commercial performance, elevate customer experience and develop high‑performing Store Managers across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, multi‑site leadership role with regular interstate travel.
