Qualifications

• Source new business leads through various methods.
• Manage relationships with new clients to retain their business.
• Close new business deals with decision-makers through the defined Capital Logistics Sales Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with a minimum of 20 ongoing opportunities.
• Meet KPI targets: road days, appointments, and calls as defined in the plan.
• Attend new business appointments and follow-up actions to secure prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance with Capital Transport Group policies and safety standards.
