STL Transport Pty Ltd is seeking a National Fleet Allocator to join our Fleet Management team in Broadmeadows, VIC. You will optimise fleet utilisation nationwide, ensuring cost-effective vehicle allocation to meet operational demands and deliver reliable service.

The role requires analytical, cross-functional communication and the ability to manage allocations across multiple depots while maintaining compliance and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related operations management role.
• Proficiency with fleet management software; familiarity with telematics platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to data.

Responsabilités

• Analyze fleet requirements across locations and allocate vehicles to maximise utilization.
• Monitor real-time fleet movements and adjust allocations based on demand and maintenance.
• Coordinate with regional managers to understand local needs and communicate decisions.
• Maintain records of allocation, utilisation rates, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and dashboards showing fleet performance and cost impact.
• Support procurement and disposal decisions with data-driven recommendations.
• Liaise with maintenance teams to schedule servicing around allocations.
• Develop allocation policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
