Job summary

Hardline Logistics (Vic) is seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator to join our Operations team in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. You will coordinate fleet movements, allocate work and maintain key customer relationships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role involves daily coordination of tippers and tankers, working with drivers and management to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient utilization. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

• Experience in transport allocation or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of NHVR Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily fleet operations for tippers and tankers.
• Schedule metropolitan, regional and interstate deliveries and collections.
• Monitor fleet utilisation to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure NHVR Fatigue Management, Mass Management and CoR compliance.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor driver work and rest compliance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and manage expectations.
• Assist with planning, reporting and continuous improvement within Operations.
