Job summary

Unyte in Brendale, QLD is seeking an Allocator to coordinate daily truck and driver allocations across projects, ensuring safety, compliance and top‑level customer service.

You will manage schedules, maximise fleet utilisation, liaise with subcontractors and workshop teams, and support onboarding and toolbox meetings. This is a permanent full‑time role with career development and an engaged team in our Brendale office.

Qualifications

• Experience as Transport Allocator / Logistics Coordinator.
• Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management.
• Scheduling systems experience.
• Strong organisation and communication.
• Problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck and driver allocations.
• Prepare and manage daily and weekly transport schedules.
• Maximise fleet utilisation.
• Manage driver availability and reallocations.
• Engage subcontractors.
• Liaise with workshop teams.
• Communicate schedules to drivers.
• Respond to client requests.
• Monitor CoR and fatigue compliance.
• Manage incidents and weather disruptions.
• Maintain records and reporting.
• Support onboarding and toolbox meetings.
