Job summary

Agricultural Appointments is seeking a National Service Manager to lead after-sales support across Australia for a major China-based machinery manufacturer. The role centres on strengthening dealer service capability, coaching service teams, and coordinating global technical resources to drive issues to resolution.

You will also help dealers plan spare-parts inventory, monitor service trends, and provide real-world feedback to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in after-sales or service management.
• 3+ years in agricultural or construction machinery.
• Experience managing dealer service systems and delivering practical technical training.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen after-sales support across Australia.
• Assess dealer service capability and train coach service teams.
• Set service expectations and review performance.
• Coordinate dealers and global technical resources to resolve complex failures or customer issues.
• Feed real-world product quality and operating condition information back to product/engineering teams.
