Job summary

Agri Appointments is assisting with the search for a National Service Manager to lead after-sales support across Australia. You will assess dealer service capability, train and coach service teams, set service expectations and coordinate global resources to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in after-sales or service management.
• Three+ years in agricultural or construction machinery.
• Experience managing dealer service systems and delivering technical training.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills for complex field cases.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and work with multinational OEM teams.

Responsibilities
