HuizingHarvest Australia in New Gisborne is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day technical side of the business, support workshop and field technicians, and ensure projects are delivered safely. You will also visit manufacturers, importers and dealers to understand challenges and provide technical solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep background in agricultural machinery, and a willingness to travel across Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the agricultural machinery industry
• Strong technical background in agricultural machinery
• Experience leading or mentoring technicians
• Commercial awareness and willingness to develop new business
• Good organisational and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day technical operations of the business
• Support workshop and field technicians, solving technical issues
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and on time
• Occasionally step into workshop/field to resolve problems
• Visit manufacturers, importers and dealers to understand challenges and provide solutions
