Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety in Scoresby, VIC, is seeking an experienced events and marketing professional to plan and deliver major industry events across Australia.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with sales and suppliers, lead a regional coordinator, and drive leadership in event governance and customer engagement to lift brand presence and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale B2B events, expos or trade shows.
• Strong event coordination and project management capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in marketing, sales and operational environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of customer engagement and lead generation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required to support events.
