Blackwoods in Australia seeks a commercially driven National Events Lead to own major industry expos, trade shows and customer hospitality events across the country. You will lead end-to-end delivery, shape attendee experiences and drive measurable commercial outcomes by partnering with Sales, Customer Experience, and Supplier teams.

In this hands-on leadership role you’ll manage budgets, timelines and governance, mentor a Regional Marketing Coordinator and ensure events reinforce our brand

• Proven experience managing large-scale B2B events, expos or trade shows.
• Strong event coordination and project management capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in marketing, sales and operational environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of customer engagement and lead generation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required to support events.

Are you an experienced events professional who thrives on bringing large-scale customer experiences to life? We're looking for a commercially National Events Lead to take ownership of Blackwoods' major industry expos, trade shows and customer hospitality events.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive the end-to-end delivery of a busy national events calendar while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Category and Supplier teams. You'll be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences that generate engagement, strengthen relationships and deliver measurable commercial outcomes
