Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As part of our continued national growth, we are pleased to offer an opportunity for a proactive, highly organised, and people-focused Early Careers & Projects Advisor to join our national HR team based in Melbourne. In this role, you will take the lead on the national coordination and delivery of our Early Careers Program, while also driving a diverse portfolio of HR initiatives and projects across the firm.

You will play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of national HR programs, leveraging project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support our strategic people objectives.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the delivery of Early Careers Programs nationally in collaboration with our generalist team, including Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship Programs – managing all stages from attraction and recruitment through to rotations and permanent placements;
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with universities, student organisations, and professional associations to attract top early talent;
  • Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to deliver engaging induction programs and seamless onboarding and training experiences;
  • Championing Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs through thoughtful design and implementation;
  • Supporting core HR operations and reporting cycles including WGEA and Mercer submissions and employee engagement surveys.
