MinterEllison is seeking an Early Careers Consultant based in Melbourne to lead Clerkship and Graduate programs, helping students and graduates start and accelerate their careers. You will own end-to-end hiring, build relationships with senior partners, manage university partnerships, and design orientation programs, becoming the go-to People & Culture contact for early career cohorts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end student hiring for Clerkship and Graduate programs.
• Build relationships with senior partners and the students you’re attracting.
• Manage university partnerships, including attraction events, careers fairs and presentations.
• Design and deliver orientation and development programs for Clerks and Graduates, in partnership with the Talent Development team.
• Be the go-to People & Culture contact for Clerk and Graduate cohorts.
• Partner with the business to provide advice and guidance, and continuously find ways to improve the programs.
