Mills Oakley is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Melbourne to join the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety practice. You will work on employee relations, employment law, EEO, industrial relations and safety matters, with mentorship from Partners.

The role requires at least 3 years’ PQE in Workplace Relations and offers exposure to a high-profile client base, a collaborative culture, and clear progression toward partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE in Workplace Relations.
• Experience in providing technical legal advice to employers.
• Interest in employment law and EEO, industrial relations and safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full breadth of employee relations and employment law matters.
• Advise employers on EEO, industrial relations and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Partners and other lawyers on complex cases.
