Job summary

L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand is looking for a Field Clinical Educator to join the NSW team. You will educate and coach clinic therapists on SkinCeuticals & SkinBetter Science, blending clinical teaching with territory development to maximise education and sell-out.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will build coaching plans with the BDM, identify clinic opportunities, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience translating scientific evidence into practical protocols.
• Coaches clinicians or therapists in a clinical/dermal environment.
• Independent worker who prioritises territory activity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored in-clinic training on consultation, treatment protocols and product application.
• Identify and qualify new clinic opportunities and handover to the BDM.
• Analyze category, competitor and territory data to optimise education.
• Maintain CRM records and support events and compliance.
