Velocity Truck Centres Australia is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead national service improvement initiatives across our Daimler Truck network. Reporting to the Vice President Aftersales, you will shape service standards, drive efficiency and deliver tangible improvements in performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in service operations or Aftersales environments.
• Experience leading multi-site operations across a dispersed network.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, productivity and service profitability.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally.
