Automotive Recruitment Australia is seeking a high‑impact sales leader to accelerate national growth across a fast-growing automotive technology business, with a focus on the parts sector. You will onboard suppliers to our platform, drive revenue, and foster long‑term engagement.

Lead marketplace growth, manage major accounts, set national sales strategy, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Australian automotive parts market and collision/repair sector.
• Senior‑level sales leadership with a track record of growing B2B revenue.
• Experience in onboarding suppliers to a platform and managing partner relationships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with large accounts.
• SaaS or technology sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Marketplace growth: expand supplier adoption and build a diverse supplier network across independents, OEMs and dealers.
• Key account leadership: build and maintain senior relationships with major repair groups, suppliers and national distributors.
• National sales strategy: set targets, territories, and go-to-market plans; maintain pipeline management and forecasting.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: work with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align strategy and execution.
