Job summary

Grant Thornton Australia is seeking a National Audit Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical audit training across our national Audit practice. You will refresh content, translate complex standards into practical training, and run engaging learning sessions for staff at Graduate to Partner level.

The role requires deep external audit experience, coaching ability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years external Audit experience in a professional services environment.
• Ability to translate complex Audit concepts into practical learning content.
• Experience coaching, facilitating, and delivering technical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Confidence presenting to groups with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refresh and maintain technical Audit learning content, ensuring materials are relevant and technically accurate.
• Collaborate with Head of Learning—Audit and subject matter experts to incorporate standards and regulatory developments into blended learning.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical training materials.
• Facilitate technical learning sessions nationally for Audit professionals across Graduate to Partner levels.
• Create digital and live learning resources, including presentations, guides, scripts, videos and case studies.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new Audit team members.
