Job summary

Grant Thornton Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Perth Audit Practice. You will lead independent statutory audits, prepare work papers and assess financial risks for ASX-listed, private and Not-for-Profit clients.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, CA/CPA or overseas qualification, strong client relations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We offer a 9-day fortnight, salary packaging, membership support, and structured learning

Qualifications

Experience in Audit & Assurance with IFRS knowledge and CA/CPA full qualification or overseas equivalent.
Exceptional client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive independent statutory audits of public listed and unlisted companies, proprietary companies, and not-for-profits.
Create complete and accurate audit work papers.
Identify and report on client financial risks.
Examine clients’ financial statements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Investigate technical issues to improve client outcomes.
