E4 People is recruiting a National AN-ACC & Clinical Assessment Manager to lead AN-ACC services across a portfolio of residential aged care homes. You will oversee assessments, drive compliance, and mentor two AN-ACC Officers, advancing high-quality clinical processes at scale.

Ideal candidates are AHPRA-registered Registered Nurses with 3+ years AN-ACC experience and proven management capability. Willingness to travel interstate is required, with a senior leadership role and national impact.

Qualifications

• RN with AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years experience in AN-ACC.
• Previous management experience in AN-ACC or clinical assessment.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 3 years' experience in AN-ACC.

• Strong knowledge of AN-ACC requirements, assessment processes and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel interstate when required.
