Job summary

Sanctuary Recruitment is looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator in Sydney to lead the delivery of clinical care, support governance, and mentor nursing teams. The role focuses on resident-centred care and high-quality standards in line with accreditation and legislation.

You will collaborate with Care and Facility Managers to drive improvement, foster a positive team culture, and ensure safe, person-centred resident care day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care clinical leadership.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for resident-centred care and team development.

About the Role

As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the delivery of clinical care across the home. You will support clinical governance, mentor nursing and care teams, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care in line with legislative and accreditation requirements.

Working alongside the Care Manager and Facility Manager, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
