Job summary

E4 People invites applications for the National AN-ACC & Clinical Assessment Manager to lead a national portfolio of residential aged care homes. You will oversee AN-ACC processes, mentor two Officers and drive high-quality assessments with strong governance across the organisation.

The role requires an AHPRA-registered RN with AN-ACC expertise and proven management experience, plus willingness to travel interstate to support sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 3 years of AN-ACC experience.
• Previous management experience in AN-ACC or clinical assessment roles.
• Strong knowledge of AN-ACC requirements, assessment processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AN-ACC assessment processes across a national portfolio of residential aged care homes.
• Lead, mentor and develop two AN-ACC Officers.
• Drive positive compliance outcomes and maintain high assessment standards.
• Provide expert guidance on AN-ACC assessments, documentation and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency and funding outcomes.
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders across the organisation.
• Travel interstate as required.
