Job summary

Arcare Aged Care seeks a Clinical Funding Officer to manage AN-ACC funding processes, assessments, and documentation. The role reports to the National Funding Manager and focuses on uplift opportunities, funding appraisal, and care planning for new residents.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, current AHPRA registration, and a commitment to quality improvement. NDIS screening clearance is required.

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding.

Reporting to the National Funding Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

• Identify opportunities for ANACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times
• Funding appraisal and review management
• Complete resident care assessments and care planning for new residents
• Liaison with residents to complete assessments and care plans reflective of care needs. Providing advice to clinical teams and resident management regarding resident care assessments and care planning.
• Provide support at residences for external AN-ACC assessment visits.
