Job summary

Revlon is seeking a commercially astute National Business Manager, Pure Players ANZ to lead our Amazon business across Australia and New Zealand, drive growth with partners like Amazon, Adore Beauty and The Iconic, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams.

Reporting to the Sales Director, Australia, you will own end-to-end commercial performance, customer strategy, Joint Business Planning, pricing, retail media, forecasting and profitability while mentoring the National Account

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling branded businesses on Amazon.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Joint Business Planning, vendor negotiations and retail media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Revlon's Amazon growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Own end-to-end commercial relationship with Amazon including negotiations, JBP, promotions and profitability.
• Develop customer-specific growth strategies and lead customer business reviews.
