Job summary

Revlon is seeking a National Business Manager, Pure Players ANZ to lead its Amazon business across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the end-to-end commercial performance, drive growth with key eCommerce partners, and collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver ambitious plans.

The role sits in a Hybrid environment, with the Sydney office 3 days per week and remote days otherwise.

Qualifications

• Proven success building and scaling branded businesses on Amazon.
• Experience transforming an Amazon/eCommerce business into a meaningful commercial contributor.
• Strong understanding of Amazon drivers including Joint Business Planning, vendor negotiations, digital shelf, retail media and search.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Revlon's Amazon growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Own end-to-end commercial relationship with Amazon, incl. annual negotiations, JBPs and profitability.
• Develop customer growth plans delivering sustainable sales growth, market share and profitability.
• Build annual promotional calendars and activation plans with Marketing and Digital teams.
• Lead, coach and develop National Account Manager, eCommerce and Coordinator.
