Job summary

Revlon is seeking a commercially astute National Business Manager, Pure Players ANZ to lead our Amazon and eCommerce growth across Australia and New Zealand. This hybrid role partners with Marketing, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability.

You will own end-to-end account planning, negotiations, and performance across key online retailers, while developing a high-performing eCommerce team and elevating the broader capability of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience building brands on Amazon/eCommerce platforms.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and cross-functional partners.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing customer P&Ls, forecasting and promotional planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Amazon and Pure Players strategy across ANZ.
• Lead annual negotiations and Joint Business Planning with key partners.
• Drive growth, profitability and market share through digital shelf excellence and retail media.
• Coach and develop National Account Manager, eCommerce and Coordinator teams.
