Revlon is seeking a commercially astute National Business Manager, Pure Players ANZ to lead our Amazon business and drive growth across Australia and New Zealand.

You will own end-to-end commercial performance, develop customer growth plans, and lead a small eCommerce team while partnering with Marketing, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain.

Hybrid role with Sydney office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven success building and scaling branded businesses on Amazon.
• Experience transforming an Amazon/eCommerce business into a meaningful contributor.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead Amazon growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand and manage customer plans.
• Own end-to-end Amazon P&L including negotiations and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital and Supply Chain to deliver growth.
• Develop annual promotional calendars and activation plans.
