Job summary

Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH is seeking a commercially minded National Agency Operations Manager to partner with our Agency leadership team and drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement across the Agency division.

You will work with national leaders to identify opportunities to streamline processes, boost productivity, leverage technology and support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business improvement, commercial support, project management or performance-focused roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret business metrics.
• Experience driving process improvement, technology adoption and operational change.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys identifying opportunities and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agency leaders to drive business performance, productivity and profitability.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives across multiple service lines.
• Champion technology adoption, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Develop data-driven insights, dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
• Standardise processes and create scalable support models across the business.
• Lead strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and change programs.
