Colliers is seeking a commercially minded National Agency Operations Manager to partner with Agency leadership and drive business performance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the Agency division.

You will work with leaders nationally to streamline processes, leverage technology and support data-driven decision making. This hands-on role focuses on helping teams operate more effectively, deliver client outcomes and support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business improvement, commercial support, project management or performance-focused roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret business metrics.
• Experience driving process improvement, technology adoption and operational change.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agency leaders to drive business performance, productivity and profitability.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives across multiple service lines.
