Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading technical training programs in automotive/heavy vehicle sectors.
• Proven ability to design and deliver instructor-led and digital training.
• Experience building capability across national dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of national Aftersales training programs.
• Oversee the National Training Centre and LMS effectiveness.
• Manage training budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate Isuzu World Technical Competition preparations.
• Develop and implement national training strategies aligned with business priorities.
