Job summary

Auto & General (A&G) is seeking a senior Training Leader to design and deliver bespoke programs for the Motor Claims operation. You will coach a team of technical trainers and content writers, shaping learning journeys from induction through ongoing development to improve performance.

The role requires collaboration across multiple sites and travel to interstate locations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years coaching technical professionals, solid knowledge of insurance procedures, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching and mentoring technical professionals.
• Solid working knowledge of insurance legislation and procedures.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs, ideally within a contact centre environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to flex style across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical trainers and content writers.
• Design and deliver bespoke training programs across Motor Claims operations.
• Own and maintain knowledge management systems for Motor Claims.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate training delivery and improvements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with pre/post assessments and data trends.
• Travel between Northlakes, Kawana, Adelaide and Melbourne as needed.
