Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a CI Lead to drive global Lean Six Sigma initiatives within the LCS business. You will manage strategic process improvements, mentor Black Belts, and align projects with financial and customer outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, forecast resources, and ensure measurable productivity and quality gains across multiple functions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or Project Management or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs strategic process improvement and control initiatives for the LCS business.
• Advises business groups on initiative selection, integration, resources and prioritization.
• Manages and reports all financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools.
• Provides leadership to Black Belts and mentoring to Green Belts.
• Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities in process improvement.
• Drives issues toward resolution and maintains urgency.
• Leads a geographically dispersed team and manages project plans, budgets, and staffing.
