Qualifications

• Qualifications to teach Music.
• NESA accreditation essential.
• Strong pedagogical knowledge base and understanding of how the identified subject areas are learned and how teaching can be enhanced.
• Ability to differentiate learning to cater for students' needs to maximise learning.
• Sound understanding of learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and feedback.
• Committed to continual improvement of teaching practice and professional development.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within school communities and set high goals for students.
• Able to motivate students to achieve and develop a love of learning.
