Ferring Australia seeks a senior commercial leader to own strategy, execution and the P&L for the Musculoskeletal business. You will set portfolio direction, lead marketing and KAM execution, and unite Medical, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external partners behind a single plan.

You will build on Ferring’s leadership in hyaluronic acid for osteoarthritis, extend reach to priority accounts, and shape launches and scalable models for future growth. Travel within Australia is expected.

Formación

• Strong background in pharma or healthcare with brand, marketing and sales leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, sales and medical.
• Proven ability to translate insights into commercial strategy and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the P&L, business plan and forecast for the Musculoskeletal portfolio in Australia.
• Direct brand and market execution, including field campaigns and customer education.
• Oversee KAM operations, coaching and national account priorities.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with Medical, Finance, Regulatory and external partners to drive growth.
