Job summary

Icon By Design is seeking an experienced Store and Retail Leader to oversee operations across three Australian showrooms. This hands-on role drives sales, merchandising, service standards and people management while aligning with brand values.

You will act as the bridge to Head Office, collaborating with CX, marketing, product and logistics, and travel regularly across Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland to ensure performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-site retail leadership roles, preferably in homewares or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of driving retail performance and leading teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with sales data interpretation and budget sense.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance across three showrooms in Australia.
• Lead, train and mentor showroom teams to drive sales and service standards.
• Own reporting metrics, KPIs and provide insights to the leadership team.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, stock presentation and inventory needs.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to align digital and physical retail efforts.
• Recruit, train and manage performance; plan staffing and budgets.
