Frontline Recruitment Group is partnering with a premium Australian fashion brand to recruit a Cluster Manager for a three-site SA portfolio. You will lead, coach and develop Store Managers, driving sales, KPI performance and a premium customer experience across three boutiques.

This is a commercially minded, people-focused leadership role requiring autonomy, strong operational standards and the ability to identify opportunities and build future leaders within a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in premium fashion or high-service retail environments.
• Strong ability to coach Store Managers and drive team performance.
• Proven track record delivering sales growth and KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams.
• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across your portfolio.
• Create consistency in service and premium customer experience.
• Identify opportunities within stores and take decisive action.
• Build succession plans and develop future retail leaders.
• Maintain strong operational and visual standards across locations.
• Understand customer, market and performance drivers per location.
• Be visible in stores and lead from the floor when needed.
