Frontline Retail South Australia invites applications for a Cluster Manager to oversee a trio of premium fashion boutiques in Adelaide. You’ll lead Store Managers, drive sales and standards, and shape the customer journey across multiple locations.

I’m partnering with an established premium Australian fashion brand to find an impressive Cluster Manager to lead its South Australian retail portfolio.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused retail leader who knows how to get the best out of their teams, understands premium customer experience and wants genuine ownership across a group of high-profile boutiques.

You may already be operating as a Cluster, Area or State Manager — or you could be an exceptional senior Store Manager who has had exposure to multiple locations and is ready to take that next step.

The opportunity Leading a portfolio of three South Australian boutiques, you’ll be responsible for driving performance across your stores while developing strong, accountable and engaged teams.

You’ll work closely with the wider retail leadership team and have the autonomy to make an impact within the SA market.

Your focus will include:
