Stylerunner & Nude Lucy Stores in Queensland seeks a proactive Multi-Site Manager to lead and support a portfolio of stores, empowering Store Managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.

You will coach leaders, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performance culture aligned with the Nude Lucy & Stylerunner brand, collaborating with Regional Leadership to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing multiple retail stores or in an Area/Multi-Site Manager role.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing Store Managers.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and KPI success.
• Experience managing payroll, stock, shrinkage, visual merchandising, and operational compliance across multiple locations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for people development.
• Flexibility to travel regularly throughout New Zealand.

About the Role

As Multi-Site Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores across QLD, empowering Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.

You'll coach leaders, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performance culture that reflects the Nude Lucy & Stylerunner brand. Working closely with the Regional Leadership team, you'll identify opportunities for growth, elevate team capability, and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Need
